This is the white sauce used
on Halal Chicken and rice.
Ingredients:
2 cups plain yogurt
2 garlic cloves, peeled and minced
2 cucumbers,peeled, seeded, diced
1 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 lemon
1/2 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon dill
Directions:
In a bowl combine olive oil, garlic,
dill, vinegar, cucumbers and lemon juice.
Place into a food processor and
blend those ingredients until smooth.
Add olive oil mixture into yogurt and mix.
