Avocado Wedges

Avocado with aged balsamic vinegar,
some good extra virgin olive oil
and a sprinkling of Genmaicha Salt.
Very simple to make and very good!

Ingredients:
2 ripe avocados
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
1/2 teaspoon genmaich salt

Directions:
Cut avocados in half and remove seed.
Cut into wedges and remove skin.
Place on serving plate and dress
with oil, vinegar and genmaich.
