Chicken Fried Bacon

Serve this bacon with some good
old cream based pepper gravy.
I like the sweet brown sugar
added to the flour coating.

Ingredients:
1 pound smoked bacon
2 cups milk
2 cups flour
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
canola oil for frying

Directions:
Preheat oil to 360 degrees F.
Place flour, pepper and brown sugar
in a food processor and pulse to
combine and lighten up the flour.
Remove to a breading container.
Place milk in another container
and dip bacon slice in milk then
dredge bacon in flour mixture.
Deep fry to golden brown.
