You can still make a decent pizza
using this recipe with baking powder
taking the place of the yeast.
Ingredients:
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup milk
1/4 cup salad oil
2 Tablespoons salad oil
Directions:
Heat your oven to 425 degrees F.
Measure the flour, baking powder,
salt, milk, and 1/4 cup salad oil into a bowl.
Stir well until the mixture sticks together.
Gather the dough into a ball.
Knead the dough in the bowl about
10 times until it becomes smooth.
Divide the dough into two portions.
Lightly flour your work surface.
Roll out each half into a 13 inch circle.
Place your pizza crust on a pan.
Pinch up the edges about half an inch.
Brush the crusts with the remaining oil.
Add your toppings and bake
for 20 to 25 minutes or until done.
