Pepperidge Farms
Cookie Crumb Crust

A superior cookie makes for a much
better tasting crumb pie crust.
One of the best pies I've ever made!
Set aside the graham crackers
and get some packages of Bordeaux.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups bordeaux cookie crumbs
6 tablespoons unsalted butter

Directions:
Melt butter in a glass bowl in microwave.
Place cookie crumbs in a mixing bowl,
add melted butter and stir to combine.
Press mixture into a 9" pie plate.
Blind bake or add pie filling and
bake as for a graham cracker crust pie.
