This is by far one of the best
roasted pumpkin seed recipes.
Leaving them unrinsed
gives them a nice flavor.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups raw whole pumpkin seeds
Butter flavored cooking spray
salt to taste
white sugar to taste
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
Spread the pumpkin seeds in a single
layer on a baking sheet and spray
with butter flavored cooking spray,
sprinkle with salt to taste,
sprinkle with sugar to taste.
Bake for about 45 minutes or until
golden brown; stir occasionally.
