Fresh rosemary goes well with rib-eye.
I like to add just the right amount
of salt which seasons the beef great.
Ingredients:
4 10-ounce boneless rib-eye steaks, about 1-inch thick
2 teaspoons salt or to taste
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground white pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika powder
1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions:
Let steaks come to room temperature.
Heat charcoal or gas grill to high heat.
Brush the steaks with the olive oil.
Season steaks with salt, pepper,
paprika, rosemary and garlic powder.
Grill for 5 minutes on each side.
Remove from heat, cover with foil,
let rest 5 minutes before serving.
