Soy Sauce
Roasted Potatoes

Cooked in water then seasoned
and baked to a crispy brown
with great black pepper taste.

Ingredients:
6 new potatoes, washed and unpeeled
2 tablespoon unsalted butter
1 tablespoon low-sodium soy sauce
black pepper to taste

Directions:
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F.
Put the potatoes in a pan with water to cover;
Bring to a boil and cook for about 5 minutes.
Drain the potatoes. Melt the butter in
the same pan and add the soy sauce.
Mix the potatoes and butter-soy sauce well,
and put onto a baking sheet.
Roast for 25 to 30 minutes until the
potatoes are browned and cooked through.
Serve warm or at room temperature
sprinkled with a little black pepper.
