Baked Sausage and
Cheddar Cheeese Casserole

This is easy to make in a hurry,
everyone will like this dish.
Sausage and eggs baked in cheese.

Ingredients:
1/2 pound pork sausage, if desired
1-1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp. butter
1/3 cup light cream
1 tsp. dry mustard powder
1/4 tsp. salt
8 eggs

Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
Grease a glass baking dish and set aside.
Cook sausage in small saucepan,
breaking up meat with a fork,
until browned and cooked through.
Drain thoroughly. Place sausage in prepared dish
and top with cheese; dot with butter.
In small bowl, combine cream,
mustard powder and salt; pour half of mixture
into baking dish on top of cheese and butter.
In medium bowl, beat eggs until frothy.
Pour into baking dish.
Drizzle remaining cream mixture over eggs.
Bake at 325 degrees for 20-25 minutes
until puffed and just beginning to brown.
Cut into squares to serve. 4-6 servings.
