This is a recipe for banana muffins.
You can make a bread with this too.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, softened
1/2 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup mashed bananas
1/2 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions:
Cream the butter and sugar in a
mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
Beat in the eggs and vanilla.
Add the bananas and sour cream; mix well.
Add the flour, baking soda and salt.
Beat for 1 minute.
Fill paper lined muffin cups 2/3, full.
Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 22 minutes.
