Eggless Chocolate Chip Cookies
Using Sweetened Condensed Milk

These have a very different but good
texture to a recipe that uses eggs.

Ingredients:
8 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
3 cups chocolate chips

Directions:
In one bowl combine the
butter sugar and condensed milk.
In another bowl combine the
flour and baking powder.
Stir the two together then
add the chocolate chunks.
Spoon into a plastic food bag
and put in the fridge for
about 1/2 an hour.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Make into golfball sized balls
and flatten slightly with a fork.
Bake for 15/18 minutes until golden.
