These fruity confections are magical to make.
Sweet tasting with a thin and leathery texture.
You can add more or less sweetener to taste.
I made raspberry leather but any flavor will do.
Ingredients:
4 tablespoons corn starch
1 tablespoon light brown sugar
1 tablespoon confectioner's sugar
fresh raspberry fruit syrup
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
In a two cup measuring cup combine the
corn starch, and sugars then drizzle
in enough fruit syrup to make a thin batter.
Pour onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
In single rounds two inches apart.
Bake until thickened about 15 minutes.
Let cool and store in an air tight container.
