Cream Cheese Frosting
for Cookies and Cupcakes

This is a recipe to make a good frosting
made with cream cheese and powdered sugar.
It dries up to a sweet and creamy glazing.
Use butter and cheese at room temperature.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup unsalted butter
8 oz package of cream cheese
2-3 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
In a mixing bowl cream together the
butter and cream cheese for 3 minutes.
Add the vanilla and stir to combine.
Gradually add the powdered sugar,
continually tasting to achieve
the desired level of sweetness.
Spread over cooled cookies.
