I made this recipe and couldn't
believe how good it came out!
After chopping the chickpeas
I added veganaise, sweet pickles,
pepperchinies and onions.
It was awesome tasting!
And really surprised me.
I think this taste like
tuna more than I expected.
Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
2 tablespoons soy vegan mayonnaise
1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
2 teaspoons spicy brown mustard
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Place chick peas in a food processor
and pulse todesired texture.
Place in a mixing bowl and add
soy mayonnaise, pickle relish,
mustard, salt and pepper and mix well.
