This is a simple recipe to prepare.
Sometimes simplest is often the best.
I like to serve these with fresh
lemon wedges and a little butter.
Ingredients:
2 cod fish fillets
1/4 cup flour
2 tablespoons canola oil
2 tabespoons butter
Lemon wedges for garnish
Directions:
Wash and pat dry fish fillets.
Season with salt and pepper,
dredge in flour and saute until
browned on both sides, about
two minutes each side.
Serve with butter and lemon.
