Porcini Mushroom Paste

Porcini mushroom paste is great
brushed on broiled rib-eye steaks.

Ingredients:
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1 pint porcini mushrooms
1 tablespoon white sugar
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon salt or to taste
4 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon ground black pepper

Directions:
Combine ingredients in a food processor
and pulse until blended to a smooth paste.
