Roasted Red Seedless Grapes

These are good to serve with chicken or pork.
Grapes taste great when roasted as the flavor
intensifies and sweetens to a wonderful taste.

Ingredients:
1 pound red seedless grapes
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
Toss grapes and oil in a roastng pan.
Season with salt and roast for about
25 minutes, stirring occasionally
until the grapes are soft
but still hold their shape.
