Steamed Meatballs

These meatballs are easy to make,
taste good and can be served with
many sauces in many different ways.
You simple throw all the ingredients
together in a mixing bowl, combine
and form the mixture into balls
then steam them for 35 minutes.

Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon dry sherry
1 teaspoon fresh ginger
1 garlic clove, minced
1 egg
1 teaspoon corn starch

Directions:
In a mixing bowl combine all
the ingredients and form into
balls about the size of walnuts.
Prepare a steamer and place balls in basket.
Steam for 35 minutes or until done.
Serve with a white or brown sauce or gravy.
