Taco Casserole

I'm always finding ways to use
Bisquick baking mix in my recipes.
In this one I top a beef and cheddar
casserole with a Bisquick batter.

Ingredients:
1 pound lean ground beef
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/3 cup sour cream
1 tablespoon chopped onion
1 cup Bisquick baking mix
1/4 cup cold water
1 small tomato, sliced

Directions:
In a nonstick skillet, cook beef
over medium heat; drain fat.
Remove from the heat; stir in the cheese,
mayonnaise, sour cream and onion.
In a bowl, combine biscuit mix and water.
Spread into an 8-in. square baking dish
coated with nonstick cooking spray.
Top with beef mixture and tomato.
Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees F.
for about 20 minutes or
until bottom crust is golden brown.
