Pressed Cream Cheese Cookies

I always make a double batch of this recipe,
Cream cheese cookie press cookies are great.
Easy to make and melt in your mouth.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup unsalted butter
3 oz of cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup confectioners sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 large egg
1 cup sifted All-purpose flour

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
In a mixing bowl cream together butter,
cream cheese and confectioners sugar.
Beat in vanilla and egg.
Gradually blend in flour.
Fill press and make cookies on a
parchment line baking sheet.
Bake for 8-10 minutes.
Remove to cool.
