24 tail on shrimp
1 cup vodka
1 dash of cayenne pepper
24 wonton wrappers
cold water for sealing
4 tablespoons prepared horseradish
4 tablespoons tomato ketchup
Directions:
Marinate shrimp at room temperature in vodka for 10 minutes.
Remove shrimp and place in a bowl with horseradish and ketchup.
Wrap each shrimp within a wonton wrapper.
Use cold water to seal each wonton wrapper.
Heat up a frying pan or deep fryer with oil and fry
the wonton wrapped shrimp until light brown. Serve hot.
