Apple Pie Pancakes

I had a slice of apple pie left over,
and decided to toss it into the pancake
batter before grilling them up.
The result was a tasty apple pie pancake.

Ingredients: 1 slice apple pie
1 cup pancake mix
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
Maple syrup

Directions:
In a bowl mix pancake batter,egg and milk.
Toss in cut up apple pie and cook pancakes.
Serve with maple syrup.
