Impossible Coconut Custard Pie

This pie is made with cream for extra richness.
It magically forms a crust on the bottom,
while the top turns a nice golden brown.
This is one of the easiest and quickest baking
coconut custard pies you'll ever make.

Ingredients:
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup milk
4 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup Bisquick mix
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup flaked coconut

Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Mix up all ingredients in a bowl.
Combine well and pour mixture into
two buttered pie or cake pans.
Bake for 20 minutes or until top browns.
Remove to cool before serving.
