Sauteed Mushrooms in Garlic

These mushrooms are good alone on a roll,
or served as a side dish along side meatloaf.
It's also good along side a roast chicken.

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons unsalted butter

Melt butter with oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Stir in balsamic vinegar, garlic, oregano, and mushrooms.
Saute for 20 minutes over medium heat until tender.
