This is the best for making Easter eggs.
Use white shelled eggs for best colors.
Ingredients:
6 fresh large white eggs
Cold water to cover eggs
Ice water to cool the eggs
Directions:
Place eggs in a sauce pan and pou in
enough cold water to cover the eggs.
Heat over high heat to a full rolling boil,
turn off the heat and cover the saucepan.
Let cooked eggs sit for about 8 minutes.
Then drain the hot water and pour in cold water.
Let the eggs cool and remove to peel and dye.
