Light, Fresh and Really Good Tasting.
I add pineapple into a green garden salad
for an extra special taste sensation.
The sweet pineapple pairs nicely with
the home made French salad dressing.
Ingredients:
1 head endive lettuce
1 red ripe tomato
2 red ripe radishes
1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon ketchup
dash of dried chives
dash of salt or to taste
dash of ground black pepper
Directions:
Chop lettuce into serving pieces.
Slice tomato to your liking.
Slice radishes in serving pieces.
Add in the pineapple chunks.
In a measuring cup mix together
the mayonnaise, ketchup and chives.
Mix dressing into salad and season
with salt and black pepper to taste.
