Beer Battered French Toast

I used beer in place of milk and simply
created a different flavor French toast.
This is where the magic meets the pan.

4 slices thick bread
2 eggs, beaten
12 ounces beer
2 tablespoons butter

Preheat a saute or fry pan to medium.
In a bowl whisk the eggs and then add
in the beer to make a thin batter.
Dip the bread slices one at a time in
batter and place on fry pan to cook.
Flip to brown both sides and serve with
a drizzle of butter or maple syrup.
