Deli Style Cole Slaw

Shredded and sliced red and green cabbage
mixed together with carrots and onions.
Dressed in a spicy and creamy sauce
that has just the right deli style flavor.

1/2 head red cabbage
1/2 head green cabbage
1 red onion
2 carrots, peeled
1 cup real mayonnaise
2 tablespoons dark brown mustard
2 tablespoons white vinegar
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon caraway seeds
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

In the largest mixing bowl you can find.
Shred half of each cabbage with a box grater,
chop the rest of cabbage in a food processor.
Grate or chop the carrot and onion into bowl.
In another bowl make the dressing by mixing
the mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, sugar,
caraway seeds and ground black pepper to taste.
Add more vinegar or mayonnaise as needed.
Pour the dressing on the cabbage and mix well.
Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate
for at least 2 hours or overnight before serving.
