These make for a good presentation to serve
a corn and avocado Mexican style salad.
I've also used them to serve chicken salad.
They are like the crispy taco salad shells.
2 (6 inch) flour tortillas
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Spray each tortilla with cooking oil on both sides.
Using a muffin tin turned upside down,
press the tortillas in between the muffin cups.
Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
