One of the easiest ways to thaw frozen foods
is to simply let the product soak in a big
pot of cold water bath until thawed enough.
You can use zip lock bags for this if you wish.
Most times I just place the frozen bagged product
right into the cold water with a bowl of water on
top to weigh the frozen food down in the bath.
Most foods take about twenty minutes to thaw.
Tonight I'm thawing some chicken wings for grilling.
