I like the flavor of toasted coconut.
It's good as a baked cake topping
on ice cream or in breakfast cereal.
Ingredients:
2 cups dried coconut
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Spread dried coconut in baking sheet and
bake until golden brown turning often.
It might take up to 20 minutes to brown.
