Fried Bacon Rings

Like fried onion rings but made with bacon.
Deep fried to be golden crispy and salty.
These are similar to Chicken fried bacon,
without the thick batter coating on those.
These bacon strips are addictive tasting.

Ingredients:
1 pound smoked bacon
2 cups all purpose flour
canola oil for deep frying

Directions:
Remove bacon from package and cut
each slice into 1/4" X 2" strips.
Place flour in a large mixing bowl,
add in cut up bacon slices and mix well.
Preheat deep fryer to 350 degrees F.
To fry bacon remove them from flour
knocking off excess flour if any.
Drop into oil and fry until golden brown.
It should take about 6 minutes each batch.
Drain on paper towels and serve warm.
