Homemade Peanut Butter

This is so easy to make and tastes great
without any added weird stuff in it.
Just peanuts, a little oil and salt.
Once in awhile I add in some honey.

1 pound fresh raw peanuts
2 tablespoons cooking oil
salt to taste

Heat up cooking oil in a large saute pan.
Add in peanuts to brown a little but not burnt.
Remove toasted peanuts to a food processor
add salt and pulse into desired creaminess.
Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator.
