Pizza Pizza Pizza

How to cut the perfect pizza pie.
o.k. you get round pizza from the pizza restaurants,
but when I make one it's usually rectangle to fit a baking sheet.
Well what's the best way to cut it into serving pieces?
Squares or triangle slices?
Today was a cold wet and snowy day, a perfect day for making a pie,
A good pizza is just about the best thing to eat on a cold day.
Or even on a hot summer day for that matter. I made a soft crust bread dough,
flavored with roasted garlic butter, um um good!
To make a really fast and easy pizza sauce, start with a small can of tomato paste.
about 1 1/2 cups of water and two tablespoons of EVOO.
1/2 teaspoon each of garlic powder,dried oregano,salt,sugar and black pepper.
At times I get creative and add olive paste,pesto sauce or aioli.
I ended up cutting the pie in triangles and because of the rectangle shape,
there were two of my size pieces right in the middle of the pie. Sweet!
