I can't take the credit for thinking this one up.
Got it from my friend Bobby Flay on the Food Network.
Have a pot of salted water on a boil...
Put 1/4 cup orzo pasta in a dry saute pan,
Toast it for a couple minutes until lightly browned.
Place into boiling , salted water.
Also add 1/4 cup of non toasted orzo to the water.
Cook until done, about 15 to 20 minutes.
Simply dressed with unsalted butter and olive oil.
Add dried Basil, garlic powder and,
Salt / pepper to taste...
