Salmon filet
Salt and ground black pepper
6 bacon slices
1 lemon, thinly sliced
1 onion, thinly sliced
1 large tomato, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons smoked paprica
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Wash salmon filet and pat dry,
place salmon onto aluminum foil.
Apply salt,pepper and paprica to salmon.
Layer bacon slices, lemon slices, onion slices,
and tomato slices on salmon,
wrap and seal tighly in aluminum foil.
Bake 1 hour or until fish
is slightly opaque in thickest part.
