This is just about the best tasting
fried chicken breast strips ever!
Ingredients :
4 chicken breast halves, skinned
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. brown sugar
1 clove garlic
1/2 jigger brandy or whiskey
Peanut oil for frying
Cornstarch
Directions:
In a bowl combine soy sauce, sugar, garlic and brandy.
Cut chicken into bite sized strips.
Rub each piece of chicken with sauce mixture,
and roll in cornstarch.
Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
Cover and cook slowly until chicken is tender.
