Cheesy and creamy this is a good one.
This casserole freezes well.
Ingredients:
1 package (32 ounces) frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
2 cups sour cream
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 can (10 3/4 ounces) cream of celery soup
1/2 cup onion, chopped
2 cups grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Mix all ingredients together.
Pour into a 9x13-inch oven-proof
glass dish and cook uncovered
for 45 minutes to 1 hour,
until heated thoroughly.
