Chicken Tuscany Soup

I made this soup on a cold snowy winter day.
It's very tastful and satifyingly good.

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon butter
1 cooked chicken breast,cut into cubes
2 tomatoes,quartered
1 carrot,peeled and thinly sliced
1 celery stalk,sliced thin
1 small onion,peeled,chopped
1 garlic clove,peeled and crushed
1/4 cup fresh spinach, chopped fine
1/4 cup fresh mushrooms,sliced
1 cup chicken broth
1 8 ounce can white navy beans
Freshly ground pepper
Dried rosemary, crushed
1/4 cup water

Directions:
In a large skillet put water
and melt butter over medium heat.
Add carrot,celery,mushrooms,garlic and onion,
Cook and stir for about 10 minutes.
Add chicken broth spinach,beans,tomato,and rosemary.
Season with pepper, simmer, uncovered,
until liquid is reduced and chicken is tender.
Serve with Italian bread and garnish with fresh rosemary.
