One hot summer day I was going to cook
pork ribs on the grill, wanting to not
use one of those sugary chemical and
preservative laden store bought sauces.
With a glass 6 cup measuring bowl in hand,
I went to our refrigerator and pantry,
putting together an impressive list
of ingredients and made this very
impressive barbecue sauce, It's a good one!
Ingredients:
2 cups orange juice
1 cup tomato catchup
1/2 cup red wine

1/4 cup brown sugar

2 tablespoons teriyoki sauce
2 tablespoone hot pepper sauce
2 tablespoons prepared mustard
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Directions:
Combine all and heat on stove
or in microwave until warmed through.
