Cooked Carrots

I cooked up a bunch of these carrots and
added just a little butter,salt and pepper.
It's so simple to do and even kids like them.

Instructions:
2 lb. carrots
Water
1 Teaspoon butter
salt and pepper

Directions:
Peel carrots, cut in thin diaginal slices
place in saucepan,
cover with water, bring to boil,
cook 12 to 14 min or until tender.
Drain and leave carrots in warm pan.
Add butter, salt and pepper to taste.
