Sweet & White Baked Potatoes

Sweet & White Baked Potatoes go good
together in the roasting pan seasoned
simply with a good Italian salad dressing.

Ingredients:
Sweet potatoes, cut into thin spears
Baking potatoes, cut into thin spears
1/2 cup Italian Dressing
1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Toss potatoes with dressing.
Spead onto lightly greased baking sheet.
Bake 1 hour or until potatoes are tender,
turning after 30 min. and topping with
cheese the last 5 min.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Sprinkle with parsley
Serve.
