I like to wrap these in flour tortillas,
A fast lunch for healthy eaters on the go.
Ingredients:
1 pound crabmeat
1/2 cup roasted red peppers, diced
1/2 cup onion, finely minced
1 clove garlic, minced
2 Tbsp cilantro,chopped
3 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 Tbsp stone ground mustard
Large lettuce leaves for serving
Diredtions:
In a large mixing bowl,
gently combine all ingredients.
Spoon crab mixture into lettuce leaves
and wrap the leave around the crab mixture.
