Gourmet Seafood Stuffing

I made this recipe for stuffed shrimp but it works great
in stuffing clams,tomatoes,potaoes and mushrooms too.

Ingredients:
Shrimp, uncooked
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup dried breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Directions:
In a small bowl mix all ingredients.
If stuffing shrimp for baking,
butterfly fresh shrimp and place
some of the stuffing inside.
Bake in a 350 degree oven til done.
