Hatchapuri

Hatchapuri is to be eaten like
pizza or a cheese sandwich.
It's also called khatchapuri.

Ingredients
Dough.
1/2 l matsoni (sour milk).
2 cup milk.
1 egg.
1/2 baking powder.
1/4 teaspoon salt.
flour to make dough stiff.
Filling.
1/4 cup salted cheese (brynza),
soaked in cold water for 5 hours.
2 eggs.
2 tablespoons butter.

Directions:
Make dough from all the ingredients,
but it must not be too stiff.
Mash cheese, stir in eggs and butter.
Roll out the dough, put the filling, cover and pinch
the edges. Put hachapuri on a greased pan, the seam down.
Cover the pan, bake in a preheated
oven 300 degree oven for 10 minutes,
turn over, brush with an egg and bake
until done.
