Hot Buffalo Wings

Everybody likes hot buffalo wings,
this is a simple recipe for
just the correct balance of heat and sweet.


INGREDIENTS:
2 1/2 lbs. chicken wing pieces
1/2 cup hot sauce
cayenne pepper
brown sugar
1/3 cup butter, melted
blue cheese dressing
fresh celery

DIRECTIONS:
Wash and pat dry wings,
remove wing tips if desired.
In a large bowl combine hot sauce and butter,
add wings to coat all over.
Place wings on foil lined baking sheet.
Spinkle pepper and sugar over wings.
Bake wings at 500 °F on lowest oven rack
for 20 to 25 min. until crispy, turning once.
