BBQ Steak Salad

Nothing better on a hot summer day than
a salad topped with juicy slices of barbecued steak.

INGREDIENTS:
2/3 cup Barbecue Sauce
1/3 cup Italian salad dressing
1 1/2 pounds boneless top round or sirloin steak
12 cups cut-up romaine lettuce leaves
1 tomato, cut into wedges
1 cup cucumber,sliced

DIRECTIONS:
In a bowl combine barbecue sauce and salad dressing.
Reserve 2/3 cup for dressing.
Pour remaining mixture over steak in plastic bag.
Seal bag and refrigerate 30 minutes or up to 3 hours.
Grill or broil steak 15 minutes for medium-rare.
Let cool ten minutes then slice steak and
serve over lettuce, tomato and cucumber.
Drizzle with reserved dressing.
Garnish with black olives, if desired.
