Stove Top Pork Chops

This was a favorite pork chop dish.
I kind of forgot about doing this.
It's real easy,tasty and good for you.

Ingredients:
4 pork chops.
1 large onion, chopped.
1 can of cream of mushroom soup.
1 tablespoon of butter.
Freshly ground black pepper.

Instructions:
Sauté the onion in butter
until it turns transparent.
Add the pork chops to a suitably
sized skillet and brown on one side.
After turning,
add the cream of mushroom soup.
Turn down the heat and cover.
Cook for about 20 minutes or until done.
Add freshly ground black pepper, to taste.
