Pot Stickers

I found Won Ton Wrappers to be a very good
short cut in making home made ravioli.
You can fill them with just about anything,
they can be steamed,boiled or deep fried.
I like them so much that there's always
a package in the refrigerator
just in case I get the urge to
make something sinfully good with them.
Here's a recipe using spinach and cream cheese.

Ingredients:
10 Won Ton wrappers
1/2 cup chopped spinach,frozen,defrosted,drained.
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
pinch of salt
water

Directions:
Mix spinach with cheese and salt.
Place wrappers on a lightly floured work surface
put 1/2 teaspoon or more of the
spinach mixture in center of each wrapper.
Dip your fingers in cold water and wet the
entire edge of the wrappers and fold to seal.
I like to pan fry these in butter and olive oil.
