Rosemary Snaps

These cookies are light and have the
sweet taste of fresh rosemary in them.

Ingredients:
1 stick butter
1/2-3/4 cup sugar
1 egg
1/4 cup molassis
1 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 tespoon salt
crushed rosemary
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In a bowl combine all dry ingredients.
In mixing bowl cream butter and sugar.
Add egg and molassis combine well.
Slowly add the dry to the wet,
to form a batter or cookie dough.
If to dry add a teaspoon milk,
if to wet add more flour.
Drop dough two inches apart by
teaspoonful onto a parchment
paper lined cookie sheet.
Bake for 10-12 minutes.
